Note:
George W. Hunter acquired two adjacent one-acre tracts from his brother Warren Hunter in Land Lot 81. The first acre was purchased in April 1907, with a second adjoining acre purchased in February 1909. Both tracts were located in the northeast corner of Land Lot 81 and together formed a two-acre parcel. On January 10, 1910, George Hunter sold the full two acres back to Warren Hunter for $60. Despite this sale, Forsyth County tax digests for 1911 and 1912 list George W. Hunter as paying taxes on approximately 20 acres of land. 4
